DEAR BUYERS,

Thank you for your interest in 1469 Station Street! This home has been in our family for years and while we are sad to say goodbye, we know that the next owners (you!) are going to make your own beautiful memories in this space that has been so well loved and cared for.

Perhaps the most wonderful thing about this home is the sunroom. We have shared so many loving holiday feasts in that space and have made some wonderful memories there. It's the perfect spot to sit for a beautiful view of the sunrise. The rec room is also a highlight of the house! With a pool table and an oak bar, it's a great spot to entertain.

 

A key feature we've always loved is that this home has 3/4" water lines that are mostly cast iron and copper plumbing. Water pressure is never a problem!

If you're new to the area, you should definitely check out the hiking and leisure trails nearby. Steve Bauer Trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.
