DEAR BUYERS,

When we first moved into this house, it needed a little touch of something special. My husband has always loved projects and building furniture, so we added many personal touches to make it our home. Our favourite addition, undoubtedly, is the wall unit. With the fireplace on in the evenings, it casts a warm glow throughout the house, creating a cozy haven. The light walls further enhance this warmth, welcoming the sunshine and keeping the space airy and inviting.

 

Our living room has become the heart of our home, perfect for family gatherings. And when the occasion calls for it, we take the festivities outside! When they’re in bloom, the trees in the backyard offer just the right balance of sun and shade, creating an ideal setting for outdoor gatherings.

 

If you are new to the area, a stroll down to Port Dalhousie is a must! You can easily avoid the hustle and bustle of traffic by taking the scenic Jaycee Park trail, conveniently located right near the house. We’ve spent countless hours walking along the pier, enjoying water activities at the beach, and savouring meals at The Twisted Pig, our go-to spot for delicious Italian cuisine.
