DEAR BUYERS,

Perhaps the most wonderful thing about 26 McAlpine Avenue South is its cozy cottage feel with the adorable front porch, comfortable interior, and great backyard. We loved the backyard so much that we practically lived out there during the summer months. We lounged in the pool, sat around a fire, enjoyed meals on the deck, and tended to our veggie garden!

 

If you're new to the area, you should definitely check out Merritt Island. The beautiful tree-lined path is perfect for walking, jogging, hiking, biking, and rollerblading. You can also pack a picnic basket for the family and relax by the water. The Island feels like a nice little getaway from the city where you can either stop by for a quick break or make a whole day of it. And if you're looking for food, there are some great restaurants right down the road!

One of the best things about this house is the neighbourhood. McAlpine Avenue South is close to schools and amenities, and there are so many friendly neighbours who are always willing to help each other out when in need. We have enjoyed getting to know everyone here and will miss them dearly.
