Paper Abstract

DEAR BUYERS,

Living here has been the best experience that we could have asked for! We are so grateful for this space that allowed us to create our personal heaven in the quaint city of Port Colborne. This large house was perfect for welcoming our friends and family over for holidays, summer BBQs on the fantastic deck, and relaxing by the warm fireplace during the winter and throughout snowstorms.

The house was built in 1926 just like many others in this area that have survived the test of time to provide homes to families over the years. We hope you love the neighbours as much as we have, as they are the nicest people we ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have always welcomed us for events and we could share some wonderful memories with each one of them.

There is so much to check out within Port Colborne. If you are new to the area, we recommend the restaurant Breakwall with its incredible burgers—the best we’ve ever had! Every Thursday night in the summer there is an old car show in the downtown area, which is only a two-minute drive from the house. The farmer’s market on Friday mornings is a great way to start your day in the summer. You should also check out Canal Days, which is an amazing festival that happens right downtown. The city comes alive with the Port Colborne community as well as people who drive from far away to experience it. With so much to do, this town is a blast to explore and live in!

It was very easy to grow accustomed to the area with the support of the community and away from all the big city noise. We quickly fell in love with Port Colborne and are sad to no longer call it our home. We would have loved to stay but only had to go due to an amazing job offer in another province.

We wish you the very best in your house hunt and hope you will give our home serious consideration as it was the best experience for us. We loved calling 347 Clarence Street our home! We know that you will love and adore this home and town just as much as we did.

Sincerely,

Samantha and Jasper
