We have been trying to narrow down all the wonderful things about our home and it’s safe to say that the location is at the top of the list. When I think about what inspired us to purchase our home in the first place and what we have enjoyed since the day we moved in, we rate the location as number one.


Sitting on the front porch to see all the seasons have to offer is such a beautiful way to relax, and the green forest of the trees in the summer and the brilliant colours in the fall always makes for a beautiful backdrop. The house really shines during the Christmas season! It is so cozy with the fireplace in the living room and in the family room. In the summer, the sheltered back deck provides additional living space and really becomes an extension of the kitchen.


If you are new to the area, you will enjoy exploring the Red Hill Valley Trail, accessible directly across the street. The neighbourhood is very active with runners, walkers, and dog lovers out for a bit of exercise. You will have easy access to a variety of grocery stores in the area, schools, Kings Forest Golf Course, Rosedale Community Centre, and Eastgate Mall. You are also minutes away from all major motor routes.


We have enjoyed our time in this home; however, we have decided to move closer to our children and grandchildren who live out of town.
