DEAR BUYERS,

If you're looking for a house that feels like home, look no further. We have loved living here at 5 Northridge Avenue and wanted to take a moment to share with you a few highlights about the house and the neighbourhood.

 

This was the perfect home to raise our children! From elementary school all the way to university, this has always been their home. When they weren't in school, they would most likely be found at the Pen Centre, which is just a short walk away. They could shop, go to the movies, and just hang out at a safe place right around the corner from home.

One of the features we've enjoyed so much is having everything so close to home, yet when you're sitting out in the backyard, you'd think you were out in the country—all we hear are the birds! We have spent many days and nights entertaining family and friends, enjoying meals, and just enjoying the outdoors in a space that has felt like our own little retreat.

We also want to make note of the neighbourhood. The neighbours are lovely and are always ready with a smile and wave when doing lawn work, walking their kids to school, or walking their dogs. We have enjoyed many walks along the beautiful tree-lined streets with our own family while admiring the pride everyone takes in their home.

This has been the place we've loved calling home for the past 21 years, but it is now time for us to move on to what will become our retirement home. We hope you will also make some wonderful memories here when you call 5 Northridge Avenue your home!
