As you are about to make one of the most important decisions in your life, we thought it might be helpful to share some of our family’s favourite features of this house.

 

When we first looked at this house, we were immediately taken with how warm and charming it felt. The layout of the main floor was perfect for hosting family and friends for holiday celebrations and fun gatherings. There were also many evenings where we’d all be gathered in the kitchen and dining room while we made and shared meals, played cards, and enjoyed quality time with each other. It was exactly what we needed at this time in our lives and served us well.

 

The fully fenced backyard was a space that was used well! With so much green space, a patio, and easy landscaping, it felt like our own private getaway. You can enjoy a meal on the patio, play outdoor games in the open green space, or sit by a fire while admiring the stars at night. Peaceful, private, perfect. 

 

The house backs onto Harcove Park, which is one of the gems of the area! This spot has been the backdrop to family picnics, weekend adventures, and laughter-filled playdates. If you have children or pets, this is a great place to let them run and play to get their energy out!
