When I bought this condo, I was a first-time homebuyer. I was excited, hopeful, and looking for a place that offered more than just a roof over my head, and I found it here. This home got me into the market and it gave me a sense of comfort, independence, and community that I didn’t expect, but truly appreciated.
One of the first things I fell in love with were the California shutters because they bring in so much beautiful natural light and add a bright, clean look that makes the space feel fresh every day.
But more than that, it was the people. Everyone in the building is so kind and friendly. And I might be biased, but I’m convinced the first floor has the best neighbours!
The location has been everything! Whether it was grabbing fresh food from Denninger’s across the street, walking for ice cream at CC Swirls, shopping at Eastgate Square, or heading to Coffee Culture for a quiet spot to work, everything I needed was either a short walk or quick drive away. On quieter days, I loved walking down to the beach or exploring the neighbourhood trails. Having easy highway access and being on major bus routes made commuting a breeze. Plus, with the GO Station so close by, day trips into Toronto were super easy.
