Thank you so much for your interest in 41 Plymouth Avenue! This home has been a comfortable and reliable place to come home to, and while it’s time for a new chapter, there are so many things I know I’ll miss about both the house and the neighbourhood.
One of the best parts of living here has been the location. Being close to downtown St. Catharines has meant easy access to restaurants, shops, community events, and everyday essentials, while still being tucked away on a quieter street where things feel a little more relaxed. With quick highway access nearby, getting around for work, errands, or visiting family has always been simple and convenient.
The neighbourhood itself has also been something we’ve really appreciated over the years. It’s the kind of area where people wave hello, kids play outside, and there’s a genuine sense of familiarity that makes it easy to feel settled in. There’s a balance here between being connected to the city and still having a quieter place to return to at the end of the day.
Inside the home, I’ve always loved how much natural light fills the space throughout the day.
